Date to Thanksgiving Point

Man this place is beautiful!

So...we found this golf ball along the trail. It was Emily's idea to place it on the big bronze moose and leave it there to see if we could find it when we came back some other time.

We weren't able to make it to the moose...there were carefully placed thorn bushes around the bush! But...if you look on the rock ledge closely you will see the golf ball! YES. If you happen to stop by Thanksgiving Point, let us know if it is still there.

A close up of the golf ball for evidence that it is there.

Man, she is gorgeous.

Business Trip to Houston

What a great home! Garrett and Katie were so kind to invite me over for dinner and a great visit! Thanks.

Dad E. and little Gavin. I honestly have never met a happier baby. What team these two make.

Emma has a right to be pround of such a cool room! Way to go on cool paint job Katie!

Emma was facinated by the zooming ability of the camera. As you can see, the nose was the first area she wanted to explore. Thank goodness, you can't zoom these pics!

...and now the mouth right after dinner. Nice.

Man am I lucky to be part of this family. Now I get to call this cute girl my niece.

Not the best picture but this is proof I was there!

Man it is incredible to see what Microsoft puts into these conferences. I forget her name but I know she is famous. Anyone know who she is?

You just might recognize him....the CEO of Microsoft since Bill Gates decided to step down....Steve Balmer. Man he is an animated fellow.

...another Microsoft big shot...Kevin Turner.

This was the highlight of the conference. Dr. Muhammed Yunis. I love his perspective on world poverty and every company's social responsibility.

How often do you leave a work conference feeling inspired to make a difference.

Nothing like a little soul!

Another shot of Steve Balmer in an interview with the Chief Editor of Fortune 500.
